Service & Payment Policies

Clear expectations support better service.

These public policies summarize the standards that generally apply to LegalBro Services engagements. A signed proposal, service agreement, invoice, or written scope may contain additional terms for a particular matter.

Scope review before payment

LegalBro Services reviews the requested work before accepting an engagement. We will not knowingly accept payment for a service we cannot responsibly perform. We may decline, limit, or refer out a request that falls outside our capabilities, lawful service boundaries, availability, or written scope.

Consultation pricing

Consultations are $150 for 60 minutes. Text 276-920-1616 to request an individual payment link. After LegalBro Services receives the consultation fee, the customer will receive a consultation call within 48 hours. Additional service fees, third-party costs, or approved project charges are separate.

Fees and nonrefundable work

Fees are generally nonrefundable after work begins, documents are prepared or delivered, personnel or paralegals are assigned or paid, third-party costs are incurred, access is issued, or reserved capacity is used. Because earned compensation cannot ordinarily be taken back from personnel after authorized work is completed, clients should review the written scope before payment. Any refund required by applicable law or expressly promised in a signed written agreement will be honored.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information; review drafts and instructions; meet stated deadlines; preserve originals; and promptly disclose changes that affect the work. Delays or inaccuracies may require a revised timeline, additional fees, or suspension of service.

Professional conduct

LegalBro Services expects respectful communication with clients, personnel, vendors, and collaborating professionals. Threats, harassment, discrimination, misuse of systems, dishonest submissions, or attempts to obtain another person’s confidential information may result in restricted communication or termination of service.

No guaranteed outcome

Payment is for authorized professional time, preparation, administration, access, or deliverables—not for a guaranteed court, agency, business, employment, educational, or personal outcome.

Communication and voicemail

Live business hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time. Secure online intake is available 24 hours a day. Consultation calls are placed after the applicable fee is received and verified.

Bail-bond search requests

LegalBro Services does not arrange bail bonds. Visitors who only need a bail-bond company are directed to a Google Maps search based on their ZIP code. LegalBro Services does not select, endorse, license, guarantee, or control any company shown in those independent results.
