A 15-day plan-selection grace period follows the free-access period. After that, records are archived for 90 additional days before permanent deletion.

Private and protected

Uploads are never published or made publicly searchable. Client deletion is disabled to help protect the record if someone gains temporary access to a device.

Storage is not representation

Opening a folder does not begin paid document preparation, legal representation, or a consultation. A consultation is $150 when professional services are requested.

Preservation, education and nationwide support

Keep important records protected and retrievable.

Anyone may preserve an important document or file, including evidence, proposed exhibits, wills, trusts, photographs, recordings, and legacy records. Older adults may give their case number and private access instructions to a trusted loved one so the family knows how to request the preserved record when needed. Original legally executed documents should still be maintained where the law requires.
