Legal Bro Services provides a controlled intake and document preparation process for incarcerated and detained people who are representing themselves. We are not a law firm and do not provide attorney representation or legal advice.
Human review and approval
The request remains pending until Legal Bro Services issues written approval and a case number. Unapproved applicants do not receive later company documents.
Private portal release
After approval, the next agreement is released inside the secure portal. After the incarcerated person signs, the final documents are released to the required parties.
Important process boundaries
- Only the initial authorization form is available for public download.
- Payment, guaranty, collateral, and final service documents are not publicly available.
- No service payment is due while the applicant remains incarcerated.
- An approved payment plan, if offered, begins after release and is governed by the later written agreement.
- Because facility mail and telephone calls may be monitored, Legal Bro Services communicates through the authorized representative selected by the incarcerated person.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
