This program is intended for NAACP State Conferences seeking statewide professional support. LegalBro does not assume what any Conference needs. The assessment documents structure, workload, case volume, priorities, existing resources, anticipated referrals, community response needs, and requested LegalBro services.

Completing the assessment does not create a contract and does not obligate either organization to proceed.

LegalBro reviews every completed assessment before determining an appropriate proposed statewide service structure. The Center does not use the NAACP logo and does not represent an existing endorsement or partnership.

Contract and renewal information

Approved relationships operate under a 12 month written agreement. Renewal is not automatic. Approximately three months before expiration, LegalBro may issue a new proposed contract when both organizations wish to consider continuing the relationship. Any new agreement is subject to LegalBro acceptance, updated scope, capacity, pricing, and written terms. Required payments must follow the executed agreement and applicable payment schedule.
