These written terms control if any promotional artwork, caption, or social-media post is incomplete or inconsistent.
Promotion and availability
Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotion period and only while scheduling capacity remains. LegalBro Services may end a promotion early if capacity is reached. Confirmed appointments that were booked and paid during the promotional period will remain honored.
Booking and payment
Appointments may be scheduled up to four months in advance, but both booking and payment must be completed during the promotion to secure the promotional price. Booking without payment does not reserve the price. Mailed payments qualify only with an official USPS postmark dated August 1–7, 2026.
Scope of service
Unless expressly stated, offers cover document preparation and initial filing support where applicable. They exclude ongoing case management, representation, court appearances, filings performed by LegalBro Services, communication with judges or opposing parties, additional consultations, future revisions, trial preparation beyond the advertised scope, appeals, and post-filing services.
Expungement exception
If an initial expungement filing prepared by LegalBro Services is denied, the promotion includes one complimentary appeal-document preparation. Only one appeal preparation is included. Filing fees, court costs, service fees, certified copies, fingerprints, and government charges remain the client's responsibility.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide complete and truthful information, submit requested records promptly, review prepared documents before filing, pay all court and third-party fees, file documents when client filing is required, and comply with court and agency deadlines. Missing or inaccurate information may delay or affect the work.
No refunds after work begins
Document-preparation fees become non-refundable once work begins. No refund is issued for completed or delivered work, even if the client later decides not to file. Government, court, filing, service, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
Accuracy and timing
Documents are prepared from information supplied by the client. LegalBro Services is not responsible for omitted or inaccurate client information or later changes in rules and requirements. Completion times are estimates and may be affected by courts, agencies, postal carriers, holidays, emergencies, technical failures, or missing information.
No guaranteed outcome
No court, agency, credit, business, family, criminal-record, probation, parole, loan, reopening, dismissal, approval, or other outcome is guaranteed. Every court, creditor, agency, and government office makes its own decisions.
